I do have a safe place to sleep in though. There is a river rafting section, and for some reason it's already set up and has a "fort-like" feeling to it. the cameras cant see whats inside because its covered.

Hey Dummy, even if that Wal-Mat that you aret alking about does not open 24 hours, there is going to be people inside during the early hours of the morning cleaning and organizing the merchandize.

And no you are not going to go to prison for doing that assuming you do not steal anything. But trust me, those guys working morning chift are some bad dudes, for the most part they are the convicts that no one give a job other than wal-mart, so if they find you you may wake up dress as a princess.

Good Luck

i live within shouting distance literally of a walmart, and judging from the parking lot, there are always employees there 24 hours even though it closes at 11. someone has to restock and clean up for the next day after all, just like a supermarket.

Wal-Marts have motion detectors....but they also have night crews and most are open 24 hours! Not much would happen to you if you fell asleep and did not intend on doing any illegal activity! Wal-Mart does not want bad publicity! You would be asked your version of what happened and why it happened from the best of your recollection and they would proceed from there! More than likely check your criminal background record to see if you have a history of anything negative!

1) Aren't Wal-Marts open 24 hours?
2) Security Cameras will see you go in, and not come out again (or if you do go in and out).
3) It's called criminal trespass, and possibly vandalism since they can't exactly sell that merchandise to anyone now.
4) Don't you have anything better to do with your life??
5) Reminds me of a movie, 'Career Opportunities'. Jeniffer Connelly was so smoking hot in that!!!

You would get charged with trespassing.

There will be people there after it closes and before it opens in the morning, like cleaners, restocking people, etc.

It is called trespassing, why not just set up your trailor in the lot? Most wally worlds allow you to do that for up to 3 days?

Probably get arrested for trespassing. They do announce the store is closing and you need to leave

Why hide? Prison provides a roof over your head and a daily meal, to boot.
