For a small fee you can order the "Public" transcripts from the county clerk. You can take this copy home. If you are tight on funds you can view the transcript in thier records library. But these you cannot take home.

law libraries are the places I have done research connected to universities the librarian may help or you could ask in a normal library as they may be able to direct you.
