How do I take my girl out if I don't have a car?

Ok I don't have a car at the moment which sucks but how I am going to take her out? The hole "hey my mom will give us a ride" thing really does not sound good lol

and I am an only child and my cousins are older and have kids and such sooooo am I completely screwed or is it just me?
