Um I would not know because I am a virgin. At 22, I have a heck of an imagination and I guess it depends on who you are with and if you like what that person is doing.
For me my assumption is I would need to get comfortable first, meaning lots of foreplay then gradually get into the actual sex part. I have heard different stories actually but when you are in love, it is supposed to be 'magical'.
I have heard some ppl say they were disappointed and expected much more from sex, so it goes both ways! It depends what your goal is. For most people, it is to achive orgasm and for others its just to please each other and enjoy that activity.
To be honest, I believe sex is only as good or if anything worse than the intimacy that can be provided from it. Its two people becoming one physically and emotionally as well as in other ways that are beyond me.
Like you, I was always curious what it felt like also!

That is a loaded question. I am 45 so I have had sex for a lot of different reason. When I am in love or really care for my partner then I want to really please them. Sex is a wonderful relaxing but accelerating feeling. It some times is like the forth of July with stars going off, and others times it's like please just get off of me.
Sex is the icing on the cake in a relationship not to be taken lightly. Sex for me have been used as a weapon, a barging chip and for baby please don't leave me. Never confuse having sex with making love. It has taken me a lot of heart aches and some growing up to know the difference.

Don't rush into anything. You never get your virginity back once it's gone. (And sex with most young-ish guys isn't anything to write home about.)
