My computer when i reboot or turn it on, it acts like windows is starting but doesnt. It goes to a black screen and says theres a setup problem or something like that. I have tried reinstalling windows, and when it comes up it says F2 for setup or F12 for something else. I press either and nothing happens it always oes back to the black screen and message. It does not ask me if i want to reformat, which i find odd.... I wait for a message, but all i get is a black screen and the message....Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this problem.... I really do not want to have to go out and buy a new computer, but I may have tooo i guess??? Last resort tho..... Thanks for your help....

What does the message say on the black screen???? F2 for setup means BIOS setup not computer installation setup, sorry. F12 is probably a boot menu option.

Before buying a new computer, I would try reformatting your hard disk and do a reload. Should work unless you have a hardware problem.
