Do you just suck it up and get on with life? I haven't had much luck ever with this so I am used to it.

It’s like a kick in the gut when u hear that "No". But think that it’s her lost :) n that u are going 2 make some1 else very happy. If u haven’t had much luck ask you self, are u doing the right thing eg type of girl, right place that u go 2 meet them or do u need 2 change a little way u look etc. It does take lots of "NO" until u get a "YES". Hey good luck n go n get them :)

"Do you just suck it up and get on with life?"

The answer is yes. Just keep moving on. Eventually, you'll find the right one. I used to have a girlfriend I really cared about. But we broke up. It was in 2004. Since then, I spent many years trying to get back with her & fix the relationship. Friends kept telling me: just leave her alone, and move on. They kept saying, "You're a decent looking guy, with intelligence. There are MILLIONS more women in the world, and MANY of them would LOVE to be with you." But I was stubborn! I didn't WANT just any other woman. I wanted my baby back!

Finally, just last month, I realized that it's NEVER going to work, and I finally had to just give up on her (now that it's nearly 2008). I feel that I've wasted several years of my life, chasing after the same, ungrateful woman, all because I was too stubborn to listen to the advice of my friends. I wish I could have those years BACK, but I can't.

So don't be stubborn. Don't make the same mistake as me. Just forget about her, and move on, rather than wasting your time.

Well I know that when a guy isn't interested, I could do one of two things. If I don't know him well or I was really interested like, REALLY liked him, then I'll just avoid him for a while and suck it up. But if it's someone I know well and it was more for physical stuff (hehe) then I'll still tease him and make joke advances on him trying to seduce him ;) And sometimes, hey, it works!

Hope I answered the question well. If possible, could you help me, too? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AhAQ3MctiMr1Me1E3syme2Hsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071222185400AABLmRP

I'd really appreciate your help ! :) thanks

Stalk her until she gets a restraining order. If you do, then you've got a good chance of never needing to worry about being with a woman again because you've got a pretty good chance of going to jail for a long time if you're dumb enough to follow my advice.

Don't suck it up and live with it, deal with it. play cool around her, be-friend her. Once you show her how much fun that you two can have together, she might become used to it... If not, you have just made a new friend!

talk to her . be funny. ask her for coffee or something that would be no harm for her to join you in. be nice and courteous and don't bug her afterwards. if she doesn't come back to you, move on
