Read the instructions...and do not put petroleum based lubricants on condoms (or it will cause them to degrade).

You put the personal lube, wherever you need more sliding...on the penis (or condom) which then applies it to the vagina or anus of the partner (whichever orifice is being penetrated).

yes on the condom and anywhere that is not lubricated that should be
