But id like an interesting and well paying job.

There is no preference. To settle for either separately is a mistake. One's job has to be interesting and well paying or it isn't where you want to be. . There is nothing more discouraging than waking in the morning knowing that you are going to work at a job you dislike.

interesting job hands down! the key is having a super kick a** interesting job and the chances of you getting paid well are higher.

ALWAYS take the interesting job over 'money alone'. If you love your job (yes, some peoplel do), you have something money cannot buy.
