It seems likely that the questioner can benefit from sessions with a counselor, perhaps at school.
It seems important to mention that Jehovah's Witnesses certainly do not avoid doctors. In fact, in many areas Jehovah's Witnesses maintain two separate arrangements to liaise with doctors and patients ("Hospital Information Services" and "Patient Visitation"/"Pastoral Care").
As patients, Jehovah's Witnesses tend to be extremely well-informed about healthcare and medical options. It is disappointing when a person misrepresents the actual teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses. It would seem that only their own official websites can protect a reader from being "misled".
...(1 Corinthians 15:33) Do not be misled. Bad associations spoil useful habits.

Take it easy on the fluids right before bed. Also be sure to use the bathroom before bed. You could also get some sort of protective like underwear. There is something called a condom catheter that we just found out about online. It goes on much like a condom and has a little bag that catches the urine. It is about $50, it could be a good idea for you if nothing else fails. It sounds like you wouldn't mind going to a doctor so see if you could schedule your own appointment for a visit without your parents finding out about it. I know you made need their insurance, but you could try to go to a free clinic or something. I am not sure what else other than maybe trying to get your parents to get you a private room because of your problem.

I grew up a JW & have no idea why that would prevent you from going to a Dr.
I wetthe bed until i was 14. This is what I used...the BACH remedies. My Mo went to the BACK clinic & explained what was going on & they formulated something for me to take. I didn't think it would work but it did.
But seriously, you may have something physical going on.
Why not just find a clinic & tke yourself. Your 18...

Funny since my Witness parents took me and my brothers to the doctors when needed.
Find a new lie.
