Unfortunately, you can get these expunged. The person who told you that you can't is wrong. These are all misdemeanors unless there are exigent circumstances. I say this is unfortunate because I am a LEO and I don't agree with someone who has violated the law getting their slate clean. No to be rude, but you have to deal with what you did. You say you are a new person, but I've heard that over and over. Then, you get you slate cleared and return to your previous lifestyle, and when a LEO runs you when he has contact with you, it is an officer safety issue because no red flags are raised and if you are arrested again for some sort of crime, you may not get the correct punishment because they may see you as a first offender when actually you are a repeat offender. I don't like expungements except for the case of charges where there is no convictions. - Sorry dude!

An expundgement means to have your record wiped clean, which only happens in the movies.
The DUI's, sadly enough, are probably not what's keeping you from getting a job but resisting an officer is a pretty big red flag to employers.

You can't get these expunged, but most background checks only go back 7 years.

Not to be a jerk, but your command of English is terrible. I understand that this is Yahoo Answers, but most people that apply to my company these days have TERRIBLE written skills. Believe me, one typo on an APP might disqualify you. Most companies threaten background checks but don't actually perform them.

Brush up on your presentation. Dress formally and speak formally, even if it's for a relatively low paying job.

If you were an adult at the time of the offenses, they cannot be expunged. Expungement is only for juvenile offenders.

Sometimes our foolish mistakes follow us around all of our lives.

If you have lived an exemplary life since that time you can petition the governor for a pardon. The DUIs are on your record for the rest of your life. George Bush has his records destroyed and/or lost, but you probably don't have the kind of power his daddy had.

I'm glad you have seen the errors of your ways. It's unfortunate we can't get people like you to give pubilc speeches in schools and such. Maybe more people will think before they do something that they will regret down the road.

you need to find a program that will help you get education and a job. you'll have to do some research. you can always look around and try to find a mom and pops type of place that is hiring and tell them your story.

CANNOT EXPUNGE FROM RECORDS. STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS 7 YEARS. CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY WILL HAVE RECORD ALSO. 7YEARS LIKE A BANKRUPTCY CASE.

GO TO COLLEGE AND LEARN SOME SKILLS IN WRITING AND ENGLISH FIRST THEN WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO IN LIFE?
