Confidence, Intelligence,independence and works. Passionate about her goals. Someone who can cook. To be understanding. A girl who is not argumentive. All the things you have listed are a good thing. A female people respect and take serious. Also knowing when to be serious and when to have fun. Not clingy. Nor super sensitive. A sporty girl who is into guy stuff and can maintain her feminity.

1st thing...physical attraction. no matter what anyone says.
2nd... being able to hold a conversation.
3rd... some of the same interests.
after that, it's just chemistry. Or, the need for a one night stand
