NOPE, YOU CANT. If your license is suspended in Oregon, it is suspended in all states. You will not be able to get a license in another state because state DMV offices communicate with each other. Besides, being yours is suspended for DUI, you don't need a damn license. You need to take care of your drinking problem first. Futhermore, I have no pity for you, you got just what you deserved for drinking and driving. I don't want me or my family or anyone else's family killed by someone that is irresponsible enough to get under the wheel after drinking.

Not likely. When you got your license, one of the information required by DMV is your Social Security No. Information attached to your SS will follow you around the country. But in CA, if this was your first offense, your license will be suspended for about a month (plus fines and lawyer cost). After a month, I believe the DMV will reinstate your driving priviledge on a limited basis... meaning you can only drive from where you live to your place of work. I'm not sure it the same applies to the state of Oregon. Check with your DMV and see if the same applies.

If your license is suspended in one state, it's suspended in all 50. Even if you move you would have to take your Oregon license out of suspension by doing whatever it took before you could get a license in your new state.

Nope. If your license is suspended in Oregon, it is suspended in all states. When you fill out an application for a license, it asks if your driving privileges are suspended or revoked in any other state. If you give a false answer, you've commited a crime.

Not likely. Just about all states communicate with each other now & it can be done within seconds. Get your lawyer and get a limited or temporary license or something like that. Oh, stop drinking. You may kill yourself and me along with.
