I love her very much and she has an obsession with me, but, she is in another country. It hurts me to make some one feel bad and she is very sensitive. What can i do?

if you do love her then go to her --- if you are too young then keep loving her and be there for her --- until you can go and be with her and you can both move somewhere together --- best wishes

Nothing feels better than the truth. If she is sensitive say it in a more sensitive way. Say that you are being honest, and you do not feel like hiding your feelings, or you don't want to lead her on anymore.
