notice what he said about some of them
(Matthew 7:13-14) . . .“Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; 14 whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.

(Matthew 7:21-23) 21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22 Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23 And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness.

(Luke 13:23-24) . . . He said to them: 24 “Exert yourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many, I tell YOU, will seek to get in but will not be able,. . .

so why would he say these things

I think that Jesus recognizes all of the Christians, all of the non-Christians, all people everywhere. But yes, we can all have good intentions, but few are obedient and disciplined enough perhaps, to walk the less traveled path. But if you have the faith of a mustard seed you can move a mountain, but most of us also have the seed of doubt which satan sews in our human minds. Yes Jesus recognizes us, and God is merciful, and we shall not ever be perfect in this life. But we should strive our lifetimes to always reach toward His example of perfection. And He will bring us to that perfection in Him.

He would recognize them as the hypocrites and offspring of vipers and moneychangers in the temple he whipped when he was human. Today they are no different.

Clergy and followers are more concerned with the money and power they wield than spiritual matters. They maintain a FORM of devotion to God, but it is a sham.

Don't believe it is true? Ask any clergyman a spiritual question. See if he does not refer to some man's interpretation from some other books than the Bible. A true Christian would use the Bible as source authority for all actions and guiding principles.

There was only one true Christian and he died on the cross.

That God cannot lie is no proof that priests can not, or that the Bible does not.

Christianity is a parody on the worship of the sun, in which they put a man called Christ in the place of the sun.

Why is the winter solstice so similar to the crucifixion and the resurrection of Jesus? Because Jesus is the SUN of GOD.

Great Question, and Answer.

Yes, I think that Jesus would recognize the religions of today that call themselves Christian . . .

But, not as Christians, but as blind flocks following the blind guides.

You are right to quote the Scriptures that you did, because "Who" do we think Jesus is speaking of when He says; "Not everyone calling me LORD will enter into the Kingdom?"

The ruler of this world, none other than Satan has deceived the whole world into believing that fornicating after the "Whore" isn't what they are doing!

But, following the Great Whore, which is the Roman Catholic religion will get you the same reward as Satan will get!

God Bless You

Fantastic question, and you pinpointed all the right scriptures. (How are you doing..sis? bro? :)
I think those scriptures clearly show that Jesus Christ does not support the false Christian groups, now the next question is, what are the signs that a person is a true follower of Christ? God's will is that the good news be preached, is that being done by other denominations on a world wide scale? And a big scripture is-
John 17:3-This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God and the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."

The 7 churches in Revelation are types that are with us today. Christ only approved of 2 of the 7. Most churches today would fall into the ones He rejected. Why? Next, identify why He approved of the 2 ... therein lies your answer. If a church isn't teach what those 2 churches taught, they will be rejected.

Jesus knows all that is going on right now. Read Revelation 1,2,and 3 chapters and see if it sounds like any of our churches today. He will reject churches not living like he taught. Some churches are tolerating immorality and God will cast them aside.

A better question....do you think the Jesus of the Bible would even be welcomed into the religions of today? If he walked in to some of the big mega churches, would they even recognize Him. I would say NO!!
