She knows I like her, how do i get her to open up her feelings to me?

She knows I like her, but she told me she just wants to be friends. I tell her I like her a lot, I always give her a big strong bear hug and kisses to the cheeks. So whats her deal? Why is she hanging out with me if she knows I like her a lot? She even told me once, "you like me too much!!" I told her yea I do. She asked about my past relationships. She knows a lot about me but for some reason I don't know how this girl feels about me. I have a gut feeling she likes me too but she won't say it, or else why would she be hanging out with me. She french kiss me when she wants and won't let me french kiss her when I want. She plays hot and cold with me, sometimes it seems like shes real interested, other times it appears she isn't. The more cold I act to her, the closer she gets, the more I chase her the farther she goes from me. It seems like a fine balance I have to maintain to keep her interest.. How can I get her to open up her feelings to me?

You need to back off a little. I can see what she means when she says that you like her too much. A girl is not going to want a guy that is "easy," which you are being.

I know that it sounds weird, but if you haven't already noticed, we usually want the things in life that we either can't have, or we think that we can't have. When you make her feel like it's going to be a challenge to get to you, it will make her more determined to get to you.

Let her make the first moves sometimes. Don't hang on her all the time. Leave her alone for a few days, and see what happens.

I understand that your probably afraid of her getting taken away from you by another guy, but if that happened then she doesn't like you enough to be worth it at all anyway.

So really, you may want to try to back off and take things a little slower. It sounds as if you may be the perfect guy for her.

The thing is, maybe she doesn't want your friendship to be damaged because of your feelings for her. I have a friend right now, and her boy who is a friend likes her, but she's trying to pretend like nothing's wierd. She obviously appreciates her friendship, but for some reason or another, she just wants friendship. I think it's inconsiderate that she's playing with your feelings like kissing you and stuff - that's really kind of cruel. You need to confront her and make her talk to you. Tell her how you feel and that it's mean of her to be screwing with your head. Say that either she can be with you or she can be friends, but it can't be that wierd gray area in between. Good luck!

Maybe take her to a nice dinner and ask her about her feelings for you. If she doesn't like you just ask to be friends. She could just change her mind because she is uncertain.

bake her some cookies, ask her how she is, take her to an upcoming dance (if you have one, i dont know if you do or not) act close to her and if she's on one of those days when she doesnt talk to you, go over ask start a conversation!
