I was just wondering, I have a very good amount of muscle on my legs (I do track, tennis, and football), and I am trying to build my legs a lot now. I've been running, and doing squats for my thighs and Iv'e also been running. I was just wondering though, aside from leg muscle, would stronger leg bones also help me run faster?
I'M NOT DOING PILLS-I DON'T CARE IF THEY'RE NATURAL.
Also what can I eat to get stronger bones

The recommended dietary requirement for calcium is 1000 - 1300mg per day. Some sources vary.

If you have that much in your diet, your bones should be fine. The activities that you are doing contribute to the strength of your bones.

Working out builds bone mass, but you also should have a high calcium intake (1000+MG per day). One glass of milk gives about 300MG of calcium, so you really should have about 3 servings of dairy per day. The rest of the calcium, your body will pick up from other foods (broccoli, beans, other veggies, a tiny bit from meat, etc).
