Im borrowing someones Nikon D80 10.2 MP and need to put my memory card into that camera so I will be able to bring the pictures back here. My camera is 6 MP.

Yes, but you'll have to format the SD card in the lower mp camera in order to save the pix to it.

Yes, the SD card is all the same. You will be able to transfer the pictures you have on the camera on to the SD card so that you can print them out later. You wil be able to see the difference in quality from thre higher megapixel camera to the lower one.

If the smaller camera can accept the card, then yes because you are just trying to offload. It might have issues with the files if you tried to read them on the camera, but most cameras will do this fine.

If not spring for a USB card reader, they are cheap enough

the image that are taken in a three.a million MP digital camera ll have sizes from 3 hundred to 4 hundred kb.. Now calculate the no. of photos u can save in a 512 mb,1g and in a 2g.. now u can choose the sd enjoying cards in accordance to ur utilization..

As long as it's the same type of card and fits the camera, it will work just fine. The capacity of the card (in gigibytes) is not important.

Yes but make sure you format your card first download all your pics because reformatting your card will delete all pics
