In Tibetan society, children are often born who display early signs of incredible knowledge and understanding of Buddhist scriptures. These children are recognised as re-incarnations of great teachers. A boy was recently discovered in Africa who at 5 yrs old can speak in several languages and preaches on the Koran to huge gatherings of people. Are these children reincarnate saints? Have we been here before?

I would tend to say not, but there are around 1400 similar cases documented. A cosmic "storage house" of information has been suggested in the Planck (not sure of the correct spelling here) dimension/space. This is hypothetical at this stage and both it and reincarnation need more research before any conclusions can be drawn.

The spirit in the child would be the same spirit that was in the teacher because the culture is steeped in spiritism and ancestor worship, to name a couple of pagan influences on those children who stand out as having knowledge beyond their years.

Reincarnation of humans is not Biblical. The Bible says when we die we go in one of two directions. We are saved or lost. Heaven or Hell. It does not say we come back and get another chance. If we come back as animal as you believe then there is a chance we might get eaten? Animals do not have souls. There is no possibility of anyone coming back for another chance. Our creator has told us what happens to the soul when it dies. Come on, believe him.
These children you are talking about might be Nephilims and Nephilims are part human and part fallen angel.
