i like this guy, and im almost certain he likes me too, we talk almost daily and when we do we laugh a lot. What can i do thats SUBTLE that will let him know i like him too, and will let him know he can make a move or something like that

You talk to each other, so there's a good chance you can hint that way. Talk about a guy you "like" and see what his reaction is. If it looks as though he's trying to act happy for you, than chances are he's upset that you have a crush on someone else.
I don't really know what else to say, it's really hard to send messages to a guy without using any verbal communication.

we dnt get hints or clues even if they r obvious so tell him directly
