Change her food.
Look for chicken and rice being the top ingredients. Minimal corn, please. No artificial colors, avoid fishy stuff. Don't just look at the flavor/s listed on the front, look for the list of ingredients. The new food may sound expensive, but if the food is causing this, it isn't really cheap, is it?
Keep her clean back there, if it won't wash out, cut the fur that keeps catching poop, but very carefully, not to cut the skin. keep a comb between the scissors and the skin. If you can't do this safely alone, get help at the vets'.
As for worms, possible but unlikely. Was she wormed as a kitten, along with her vaccines? There are some other microscopic parasites that she might have picked up, especially if she gets outside. Coccidia is one that makes an awful smell. She needs to see a vet for an appropriate antibiotic.

Any time a cat has a loose stool more than a couple times, a call to the vet is in order. This can be a number of problems that can only be diagnosed properly by a licensed vet. This could be worms. it could have eaten something dangerous, it could be another type of parasites, it could be a food allergy, etc etc. The list goes on and on. Loose stools can cause dehydration pretty quickly too. I would at least call the vet at home and ask for advise. Good luck

If your kitten is seven months old, and has never been tested for worms, then by all means get her tested and checked by a vet, as she probably also has ear mites. And if she was tested early on, but is an outdoor cat, she may have picked up something from a critter she caught.
The smell is a result of the food not being properly digested, so your cat is losing out on nutrition.
Your cat needs to see a vet, and not get opinions from people who cannot diagnose your pet from a distance.

Are you having them percentage the equal muddle field? You must have a field only for the primary kitty and one for the brand new two to percentage, if they're peers. Some folks say you want one field consistent with cat. Anyway that's the very first thing i might check out. If that's now not serving to, you would check out keeping apart them for awhile, if now not always, which could now not be possible, close them in distinct ingredients of the condominium for the night time. Make definite first cat is in his possess "territory" or favourite location to hang around/sleep and his field is in his common location and that the others do not pass there, and close them in a further room with their possess field at night time. As the interlopers, they must accept something area you'll supply them that does not intrude an excessive amount of with the primary cat's area. These limitations can difference as they get used to one another, however the first cat demands to think revered, so do what you'll to allow him recognise he isn't going to need to stop the entire condominium to the brand new ones.

NO milk! And don't change her food suddenly. Take a stool sample to the vets, they can check to see if this is a case of worms. She can be given a checkup too, so the vet can see fi there's something else involved.

please ask this question when you go to a vet or an animal clinic. I find asking about an animal that is obviously ill online is absurd. How can one judge a sick pet online?
