He may like you but give it a few more weeks, he may be rebounding and not know it. Merry Christmas.

Yeah, he knows you are a true friend because you stuck by him through the rough patch when he got rejected by this girl. He could be be just clinging to you because he knows how much you cared for him in that difficult moment. If he drops more hints that he is interested in you like flirting for instance (licking the lips when looking your way, staring longer then expected, holding you anywhere) then there is a green flag that he likes you.

firstly it is important for you to know that you are not confused maybe you might be a bit frustrated by the unexpected behaviors from the guy. usually when people fail to get what they need they always want to settle for something which will comfort them immediately. in reality you must understand that everyone is uniquely different and that is applicable to you and your friend as a results is not realistic that a person can fall for someone and after being turn down fall for somebody else immediately. Trust me, he is not in love he is just infatuated, so stop frustrating yourself and stand for what you know. love is not a lust for lust cannot last. from Rofhiwa b

He's just taking you as a rebound. You advertised yourself as "easy and available" when you purred up to him after his break from the other girl. He sees "free kandy and all his for the asking". Be careful. We guys look for easy picks when ever and where ever we can.

ok, first of all make sure he isnt still having something going on with the other girl. Be bold, just ask her if thats her guy. Then if she says sge isn't intrested in him....if he treats u nice and u like him, go for it.

He probably does like you. Because you were there for him when he needed someone. And you probably got to know each other a lot better.

I'd say, to play it safe, to either get one of your friends to ask him if he likes you or ask one of his friends if he likes you. If you're pretty sure that he likes you, then go for it. But then again if you want to avoid the awkwardness of him not liking you when you ask him if he likes you or not, then ask friends. He seems interested tho...best of luck and happy holidays =)
