yes....death IS the wage of sin. when i think of "wages", i instinctively think of money. and so, i'd like to have my monthly wages, yes....my monthly income. it's good. but would you imagine that the wages of sin, is also the penalty? think of sin as being a "deed".....like a day's work. we would expect to be paid for our work, right? exactly. and with sin, we are paid with death....not a nice wage at all. sinning is therefore like "working for your doom".

I have sinned, at least by the definitions of most Christians. When can I expect to die?

I know several sinners who are in their eighties. Did God miss them when he did his accounting? Is there no auditor in heaven?

If I make it to eighty, I'll figure I've had a good long life.

I hear sinless people die too... Of course, they're supposed to be guaranteed an eternity in Heaven, but frankly, I'll take death over spending a day with their like.

that we just die and nothing else,,so they will not
