Check state laws on Fornication, Adultery and Alienation of affection. In W.Virginia you might have to worry about a shotgun aimed at your behind more than jail time. Still might have case law that would let husband sue you for costs of divorce. Couple cases in media past couple years of overnight stays for fornication some places, then civil suits.. At 19 you should be able to write better, but at least you're not facing a statutory rape charge..

What is this guy talking about? Why do they let illiterate people on this site? Minimum standards should at least require a cursory skill with the language.

Hey silverfoxx. Do you know what "illiterate" means?

You keep putting this stuff up on the board. Can't you think of something original, or is it all you can do to just count the three teeth you still have left in your head?

I suggest that you post your question in Law & Ethics. You will probably get a better response there.
Edit: Adultery is not a crime in West Virginia. It is grounds for divorce, and you may be named as a co-respondent by the husband. As a co-respondent, you may be require to testify in court that you were involved with this woman. But you would not be civilly liable for any damages.
