My friends boifriend is going off to high school and her boifriend wants to break up with her bc she is still going to be in the junior high and all these other girls in high school will flirt with him... she is so sad bc they are breaking up at the end of the year... and so what should I tell her boifrend!!

Why should you even speak to the boyfriend? What do you have to do with it? Be there for your girlfriend. She needs to realize that their relationship is typical and millions of teens go through the same scenario and to dump him before he has the chance to dump her. It isn't the end of the world, and she'll go through alot of boyfriends as a teen and she should enjoy what time and friendships she can develop while she can. In my opinion, have fun in your teen years, assume that a relationship could possibly NOT work out and save the serious relationships for when your a bit older. Flirting will always be out there no matter what the age.. it is a part of life. Either deal with it or move on. You shouldn't meddle your friends boyfriend, unless you possibly having some kind of relationship with him in which you want them to break up.
Be there for your girl friend and you can both work together to support each other together with issues in the future regarding relationships. You are young, have alot to learn by trial and error, and you will go far. Good luck to you, and don't get discouraged!!
