How long have you guys dated? because if it's not long, he might not be comfortable with you yet. After a while and nothing is happening but it is clear that he is interested, just begin holding his hand and peck him on the cheek once in a while. Eventually he'll get the point and then kiss you back. Sometimes, you just have to introduce him to new things in the relationship and then he'll realize that you are comfortable with him, so he'll start to be comfortable with you. It'll just make your relationship more memorable. Good Luck.

It'd be awkward to say "Hey, you can hold my hand." It'll make him feel like he has to have permission. :P!

if he is not making the first moves then u deff. should . its ur chance, take advantage to the chances life gives you..... but just be sure to not take advantage of him
