Well, I have no idea who Johnny Tomcat is, or why it would be your responsibility, but I sure wouldn't call it your "fault." If you don't expect to read it, it is better to refuse the literature offered, because it costs money to publish them, and it would be better to give it to someone who will read it. That's why I don't accept Watchtower magazines when offered.
