If your hair was bleached the undertone color of the black dye could have been sucked up into the bleach causing it to turn blue.Go to a pro. stylist and get your hair striped if you want a normal color again.
Its costly but it works.

What dye did you use?

In general, you need to add red or gold color to compensate for blue.

Take a look if the package said what was the base color. If it's base blue - then this is not too surprising if your hair was base blue already (platinum blond, some shades of auburn)
You need something that says base gold or base red
Don't do base neutral that this point. It adds gray.

Re-dye it:

-If you went to a salon, go to a different one and have them redo it.

-If you used a home-dye-kit, use dye remover and re-dye with a different brand.

Hope this helps!
