sister help!!?

my sister is FAT!!!! she is trying to watch her weight and it is not working!!
she gains more then she loses!!!
she is my older sister. how can i tell her she is fat and th she is never gonna lose any weight but politly!!

Hmmm rather than telling her she is fat tell her you are concerned for her and her health. Encourage her to eat more veggies and fruits and less junk food. Also get more involved in activities with her. Ask her to go for a walk with you. Play some sort of sport or game. Even something as lame as bowling will get her and you both up and moving. And help her get in better shape.

Let me explain this to you. When she looks in the mirror she sees that she is fat, no one has to tell her. Maybe if people didn't judge her because she was fat, but love her for who she is, would help immensely. Talk to her and ask her what you can do to help her, when she goes on a diet, ask if she needs someone to execise with. There is no way to politely tell someone they are stupid, fat, lazy, ugly, so don't try. Get DR. Phils book, that might help her, and she will know that you really do care.

tell her that her current diet doesnt seem 2 be working, and that maybe she should try something else, help her along with it, and try to keep her on track, but dont be 2 forcefull. u shouldnt approach it as her being "fat" u should approach it as her needing 2 lead a healthier lifestyle, because being overweight can be very dangerous depending on the severity of it.
