ask her do to do something that you know she likes, and then after that date, ask if she wants to go out. like start a conversation about the current movies, & be like," i heard i am legend is really good. do you wanna go & see it saturday?" & then after your date saturday ask her to be your gf

Say how much you like her. If you really do, that's what you should say. don't say that to guarantee yourself a date. Good Luck.
I read something really sweet on here once. This person, he came up to a girl with a rose and acted shy and said how much he likes her and if she would like to go on a date with him.
So if you want, you can do it like that.
BTW, on that post, all the girls on there said how that technique is cute and that if someone said that to them, they would totally say yes. Good Luck.
