Is it by the end of January?
And if done online it only takes about 7-10 days to get back to you?Correct?

You don't get the W-2s back from your employees! You send them TO your employees! They then use them to file their tax returns. You have to have them in the mail to them no later than Jan 31st. Are you new to payroll??

It really depends on your Employer. I usually get mine sometime in January early Feb the latest.

If you file electronically, your return can actually take less then a week (at least mine did). But, it is fairly quick compared to mailing your return in. Don't make the mistake I did and the IRS was not to happy---when you file electronically you have to also send a form in that includes your signature, since you cannot sign on an electronic version.

The IRS refused to allow me to file electronically again if I did not send them this form.
