ive heard that it isnt and only the things in with the tobacco are, and ive heard that nicotine is indeed carcinogenic. whats the real deal guys?

No, the nicotine makes you get addicted to the cigarette. Tar and all the other stuff in it cause cancer and effect your lungs in a bad way. The things in the cigarette besides nicotine can cause various other types of cancers.

but there is more chemicals in cigarettes that are more addictive than Nicotine

Nicotine is the narcotic, habit-forming ingredient.
It's the tars from smoke which are carcinogenic.

I think its misleading on the Govt.'s part & they realize nicotine makes you live longer & if you live longer, they'll have to pay you Soc. Sec. benifits till your 100 instead of 50.

Nicotine does not cause cancer, its byproducts help replicate cancer cells.
