Ok well this guy did a big prodoction with ppl singin, bringing me flowers and chocolates! I dont want 2 be mean but i just want to be friends.How do i tell him! HELP ME PLEASE!

Reevaluate the reasons why you hate him. If you still come up with that same angry passion, then don't go out with him. If you think that maybe you were wrong in disliking him so much, then give him a shot. Maybe he's really a nice guy.

Say no. Sometime the truth has to hurt. If you say yes and you really hate the guy then you aren't being true to yourself.

Politely refuse. Come up with some excuse, say you're busy or something.

why do you hate him?Maybe he likes you and was just trying to get you to like him?
He should be punished for that?
You need to learn to be nice to people who like you, otherwise you wont have any real friends, because Im guessing if your friends or anyone you like crosses you, you let them have it with both barrels.

just say no thanks. just tell him you want to be friends and then never talk to him. he will get it.
