She signed up for Bishop Howe Dumami's group study, where the good bishop would shout out to her tumor, "The Power of Christ compels you, be gone!". I don't know why it didn't work. Maybe he didn't shout loud enough. Any ideas?

Bishop How Dumb Am I? Very clever! If your point is that medical treatment is important, I agree. Prayer is helpful, but see a doctor when you need one!

Not all will be healed maybe she was relying on the Bishop (never heard of this one)instead of Jesus Christ, I assume she went to a Doctor,I assume you contnued to pray but most of all I assume it was her time to be with her creator and she is in a better place than you and I! God also has good hearing dont need to shout that is from men to make it sound good! Kind of sick either way folks Merry Christmas! Your sister must be IMA dummy right!

I don't know this Bishop, but there are some that aren't what they claim to be. Some aren't given the gift of healing as strong as they say. Also , to be healed you must believe it will happen and claim it. Don't have doubts.
And then it just may have been her time to go to God. No one can change that. I feel very sorry for your loss. I know you must be really hurting. May God give you comfort and answers to your questions.

I would guess that would prove God certainly did not
impower Bishop Howe Dumami with the gift of healing.

Any ideas? Well, if that's what really happened, how about this idea?

2 Peter 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master, the One having bought them, and bringing upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow after their debaucheries, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 And by covetousness they will exploit you with fabricated words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction will not sleep.

I hope you didnt pay him any money. Its just another scam hiding behind the title of christianity. These idiots dont have powers like some may think, they just have good marketing strategies. Only THE GOD could've healed your wife( if this really happened), not Jesus, not some two bit bishop, only THE CREATOR. A doctor also could if GOD willed for him/her to do it sucessfully.

First off I believe the last one that successfully healed anyone was Jesus. Second if this self proclaimed " bishop" did not succeed doesn't that proof to you that he hasn't the backing off God

'maybe he didn't shout loud enough'

That seems an incredibly flippant statement to make about the issue of your wife dying....

**I also find some of the sarcastic comments on a subject like this horrendous and shameful.
