grabbing flv files?

what is the best FREE program (or not free but very well known) to grab flv files. i do not know where the link is and its not from youtube. thanks all. i can handle the conversion after grabbing the flv.

u can download a flash file with somthing like youtubex ..

use the free flv downloader http://www.flvsoft.com/download_flv/
it can download flv from google, myspace, youtube, etc

download the mozilla browser. then get the plug in called grab it.
