You can't get rid of his "girliness", and it would be wrong and possibly hurtful for you to try. If you love your brother and want to be a good sister to him, you will stop thinking about what you think is wrong with him and let him be who he is.

There is nothing wrong with your brother. My four year old son plays with barbies, my little pony, dresses up like a princess, etc. He also has two older sisters. He goes to preschool and plays with gender neutral and boy toys also. He knows he is a boy and does not want to be a girl, he just likes playing with girly things.
Why do you have a problem with it? You can't get rid of it, and don't you dare tease him or ridicule him, because you could do alot of damage to him psychologically.
It is ok and accepted by society for a girl to be a tomboy and play with boys things but why is it not ok for a boy to play with dolls? Leave him be.

Well all boys around that age have a little problem with dolls and wanting to wear moms high-heels. My brother was the same way when he was younger and didn't grow up out of that till he was 15. It just takes time and patience just try not to be so hard on him he'll change

You don't need to change him. He will stop playing with them eventually. Boys that play with dolls usually grow up to be great dads. I bought my son a doll when he was 16 months old when I found out I was pregnant again so he would get used to holding a baby. He is 3 now and he will still play with it sometimes. Leave him alone. Don't try to make him feel ashamed to play with dolls. It's really none of your business.

That is a bit weird but I recommend just leaving him be. If he is stubborn making a big deal out of it might make it worse. Instead, try and take notice when he does boyish things, encourage him in those things by playing with him. Stuff like Lego's is fun for everyone. Also since he likes dolls he might enjoy GI Joe's. He'll probably grow out of it though especially when his friends start making fun of him. He does have other boys as friends right? If not it really might be just too much girly influence.

He sounds fine. Maybe he will someday grow up to be a world class fashion designer or kindergarten teacher..who knows? This is just who he is. Love himfor it and play along with him if you want! My brother was really boyish but I was really girly, so we learned how to play girly games and boyish games together. Sometimes I played with his hot rods and transformers and sometimes he played with my barbies and my little ponies..somemtimes we combined the two. He is a really cool guy today and just got married to a wonderful lady who he can respect and enjoy girly things with just as much a boyish things!

You cannot CHANGE him from being girl...offer to try new things such as playing sports or watching them, building things, talk about women....you can only be supportive. Just because he is 'girly' doesnt mean anything....my sister is a tomboy, but she loves men. Do I think it's a front? At first, yes, but now I know it's real. Just show interest in manly things.

Just introduce him to new things. Have him go outside with you and play catch or some type of sport. He's probably girly because it's what he knows from having an older sister or he's gay. He's not necessarily gay, girls like boy stuff when they have older brothers and no one says they're "lesbos".

Just let him be himself. Why do you care if he likes pink and dolls? My daughter loves blue and trucks and I have no problem with that.
