You mean do agnostics worship and gather to discuss being indecisive? Can't say I've ever heard that one.

If religion is believing in something. Isn't it considered a religion as Agnosticism or Athiesm if you believe that there is no God or don't believe in any religions? I mean it is belief if you don't believe in God as much as it is a belief if you do. And it is a belief that you don't believe in any religion as much as it is a belief that you do believe in religion. I'm not saying that I'm right. And I'm not saying either of them are religions. But seriously. Just think about it.

A religion is about BELIEVING in something, not being unsure whether you think you believe or not, so my answer is no.
