Do you remember to drink enough water every day? If you don't, then that's your answer. When you don't drink enough water, stools are harder to pass and can cause bleeding.

The exact same thing as you're describing had happened to me when I didn't drink enough water. I got really scared. Then I started drinking more water, and now everything is fine.

Just to be on the safe side, you should go see a doctor. He might want to do some colon tests to make sure nothing else is wrong.

Good luck!

It could be caused by a number of things. The best thing is to have a doctor check it out.

One thing that you can do to help is increase the fiber in your diet. This will soften the stools and make it easier to pass. To increase your fiber, increase the amount of fruits and vegetables that you normally eat. If you don't like fruits and vegetables, try making a smoothy. You can do a google search for smoothy and gets lots of ideas. Basically you cut up various fruits/vegetables and put them in a blender. Some people add yogurt/milk and then drink it.

That can happen when you strain to much to 'poop'. Your rectum may have tore just a little bit as you strained to 'poop'.

To keep this from happening, you need to increase the amount of water you are drinking. And also decrease the amount of sugars you are taking into your system. That means less soda, and less candy or cake or anything with sugar in it.

The bleeding should stop within a week. This has happened to me several times... I think at sometime most of us may experience this.

If you can't 'poop' don't sit and strain trying to. If after 3 minutes you haven't been able to 'poop' and are having to strain to try. Don't strain yourself... The more you strain to 'poop' the more you risk tearing the inner skin of your rectum.

Unless you are straining hard when you poop, it is not likely to be hemorrhoids. It is more likely to be small tears in the tissue, that re-open and bleed when your poop is too large or hard.

Never strain to go--remember that all bodies are different and it is NOT necessary to go every day. Some people go 3x a week and are fine, others go 3x a day and are fine. When your body is ready to empty its bowels, it will let you know. Learn to listen to it!

It sounds like hemorrhoids. But you may just have fissures (small tears around the anus). This is usually caused by hard, dry bowel movements. Drink more water, eat more fiber (grains & vegetables) plus take a stool softener. Good luck.

Hemorrhoids generally form because stools are too hard or a person is straining too hard. They go away if the cause is eliminated. Hard stools are eliminated by avoiding dehydration and ensuring adequate dietary fiber. To avoid straining, never hold you breath - maintaining normal breathing prevents straining. Preparation H releives itching and helps the hemorrhoids clear up very quickly.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/bnZYF
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

You need to drink more water, you probably just have a small tear in your anus, or in the rectum. The water will help wonders and so will eating veggies, as long as it stays small it probably won't bother you, or get any worse

No, it doesn't go away on its own and you should be examined by your doctor. Any bleeding through the rectum/anus should be taken considered seriously, even if it's only hemorrhoids.
It could be also colitis, diverticulitis, etc.

You need to be drinking more water and have more fiber in your diet. Other wise you will end up with hemorrhoids.
Take care and happy holiday!!!
