I know they used to cover it 24/7, but they don't anymore. So do they cover all the races of the season like the Shootout, the Gatorade duels, and qualifying?

Nope Sirius has exclusive NASCAR rights.

Sirius took over the rights to NASCAR in Jan,07. You can here all the races including the Nationwide series and the truck series. They also have 10 in car audio channels for all the cup races.

Sirius Satilite Radio has the NASCAR Channel (#128) 24/7 and they have the MRN and PRN coverage of the races.

Unfortunatly, you cannot listen on-line

They are working on a merger (Sirius & XM), but for now Jimmie Johnson and Dale Jr. have shows on there and Claire B. Lang for news and commentary.
