She could be sick.
Usually being in heat/estrus does not make the dog not eat.
Is she putting out a musty type of smell, is her vulva and nipples swollen? These are signs of being in heat.

You need to take her to the vet since she is not eating and lethargic.
You should also get her spayed so you don't end up having an unwanted litter.

It is "IN" heat. IS there bleeding or swelling of the vulva????

Mine are never tired and not eating when they are in heat. If it continues, see your vet.

Is she seeming a little distant? listless? or dischagring?
