My Kitchen window above the sink is directly in line with theirs only 8 feet away.
They perform EVERY imaginable act in front of the window at all hours, day and night.
They must know we can see them, and they don't seem to care.My other neighbors make excuses to come over to see if any "action" is going on.
What would you do, if anything?

I would totally ignore the neighbors. What two consenting adults do in there own home, is up to them. As for neighbors coming round to see the next installment. Have they no shame. Just imagine sitting down waiting for some action. Seems like a sad life, don't they know what it is to have sex. Plus you should not be allowing them round to get there kicks. If they are into voyeurism that much, why don't they knock the neighbors door and ask for ring side seats.

Honestly?
What they do in their own home is completely up to them. If you don't want to see it, don't watch. While it is inconsiderate, they might just not care or think about it.
I used to date a guy who had no curtains on his hallway bathroom window(which was RIGHT in front of the toilet), or on the windows that flank the front door(which leads right in to the living room). He didn't even seem to notice. We'd be on the couch and all of a sudden he'd "get in the mood" and want to have sex right there. I had to pretty much drag him into the bedroom(which has curtains...lol.) because I was aware of the windows...but he seemed not to notice.

I'd hang curtains in the kitchen window--and pin them together so that the other neighbor can't play Peeping Thomasina without being really obvious about it. Or tell her that, as long as she's there, she might as well wash your dishes.

I'd cheer them on. Make a big show out of it. Wink at the wife whenever you see her out and about NOT having sex. They'll either get creeped out and buy some blinds, or they'll get off on you watching even more...In which case YOU buy blinds. :)

I would do nothing. If I was offended by that behavior, I just wouldn't watch. If it bothers you, put a curtain on your window. Maybe they are those kind of people that "get off" knowing other people are watching them.....=)

Place an anonymous letter in their mailbox, stating that their escapades are in view to all. Who knows? Maybe, they're not aware others can see them.
