Actually you are totally right-the Arabs fighting the Turks on the side of the British was one of the worst mistakes in Muslim history-done by a few power hungry people in the name of Arab nationalism -which is forbidden in Islam. the British double-crossed the Arabs and gave Palestine to the Jews.
You wont find a religious Muslim who thinks it was good to fight against the Ottomans who were the caliphs of the Muslim world - Arab nationalism, which led to the 1967 defeat and nationalism in general has brought Muslims nothing but disaster

The land they are wanting for a Palestinian occupation really belonged to the Philistines a long time ago. The Philisitines are no longer with us. So a group of Jordanians claimed to be Palestinians to try and take over that land. When Israel was occupied a long time ago, that ruler named it Palestine because he wanted to erase Israel totally away. The land the Israeli's occupy now is only a small fraction of the land that God had given when Abraham was alive.
Of course herein is the problem between the Arabs and Jews. Isaac is the son of promise, while Ishmael was a child of the flesh. I will get lots of thumb down, that is ok, tho, I dont care.

An odd question
I am not expect but the reason Israel is call the holly land (I might be wrong way off I am I do wish to say sorry) Is that Abraham, Jesus and Muhammad all came from this one nation there fore all three or at least two are still saying they have claim to the land.

When I was young, I didn't understand what the pictures were telling me. I read the newspapers but I did not know.
Now, I realize the full horror.
I do not hate the people, the Jews. I hate what the government is doing. How merciless can they be to kill little children in the streets for just throwing stones at the tanks? How merciless can they be to strip women to search them fully before entering the Jerusalem? How merciless can they be to bare Palestinians from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque?

How stupid can people say killing children is an a defensive way against terrorism?
