Do you think Wal-Mart will let me return an opened package?

I bought litter which came in a box and I thought It was deoderizer I opend the side and I saw it was litter instead do you think wal mart will let me return it? how can I close it back toghether (it's carboard box)

They take back almost anything. I am SURE they will.

I don't think they will take it back now Hun, things have to be returned in a re saleable condition as they sold it too you, Did you rip the box? Would it notice if you stuck it down with glue? Not the messy type something subtle and hopefully it will be good as new, If there are any marks on the box then afraid not. Could you use the litter though? Dammit I hate it when this kind of thing happens I am always getting mixed up! HAPPY XMAS XX

They take back anything.
BUT if you decide not to take it back you can use it in colored bottles or containers to hold a candle in place. You can spread some out on a plate and put candles and small decorations.
If you have a hamster use it for his potty corner and you don't need the wood chips. Just give him enough cotton for making a huge bed.
Give it to a neighbor with a cat.

It's not right to take it back after you opened it. Obviously they can't resell it. You made the mistake. You should take responsibility for it. Dumping it on them is just you taking advantage of them. Surely doing the right thing is worth more to you than conniving a few bucks out of Wal-Mart.

I watched a commedian on utube the other day that said he once took back diapers with poop in em and they apologized and told him to grab another pack. They'll take back anything w/reciept.

Yep they'll take it back. My boyfriend bought an electric razor, opened it, used it once, absolutely hated it, then returned it. They took it back. You need a receipt though.
