So just to clarify, so far tonight we have been told that we apparently:

- 'control the North American media'

- 'control the internet'

- 'have all the wealth'

All I can say is: don't you wish it was all true? If it was, we wouldn't have to keep reading this racist rubbish!!!

Whoops - sorry! According to 'Nomini' we aren't allowed to point out when someone is saying racist things about us because then we are just making a fuss, etc...

What WAS I thinking of?!

MIMI - oh, so now 'all jews are wealthy', as well. Keep going - you're starting to sound like Hitler. Everyone can see what you're really like.

To those who have TOTALLY misunderstood my post: I am parodying what anti semites like MIMI have been saying. Read the post again!

JAMES A - I have only repeated what Mimi said to me. How is it I am the 'nasty' one when I have not made any negative or racist comments about anyone? You are being most unfair.

MIMI - right back at you. At least I have never made racist comments. And I am so glad you've now shown me you have this account, because now I can block it also.

Yeah, I wish it was true!

Just kidding... it is. When Paperback and I post on YA, we are doing it from our state-of-the-art command center. We are blocking pro-Arab sites left and right because we secretly hate all Arabs (which is why we have worked so hard for understanding on this forum).

Our command center is built out of GOLD, because we have all of the wealth. I just called CNN and reprogrammed next week's schedule to better suit my style. But seriously, PB is in charge of controlling YA, and she is seriously slacking if anti-Semitic a--holes like this are still allowed to post. Come on Paperback, our people aren't stealing gold for your mansion for nothing!! Get on the ball!

And I agree with Nomini. If anyone says ANYTHING offensive to Arabs, they are ignorant, racist, colonist jerks. But feel free to insult Jews all you want. We are obligated to do nothing but try to explain ourselves gracefully in the face of your hate. How dare we stand up for our people, right?

It's funny, but I'm uneasy hearing any generalization about the Jews, even when it's supposed to be flattering. (E.g., "All Jews are smart.")

Regarding Jewish wealth and influence: Many years ago, I did some consultation for the "affirmative action" program of a major corporation. A personnel executive explained to me that the plan was to encourage promotions among the Black and Hispanic workers. I asked him how they had decided not to include other minorities, such as the Jews. He said, "Well, actually, the Jews in this company are already doing better than average."

In this case he was right. And yet, if you looked at the upper echalons, there was not a single Jew in top management, or on the board of directors (There were some Blacks.) It seemed that, despite our acknowledged value to the company, there was a line we could not cross.

I've been reading over this post for sometime...unfortunately I have missed the original post of MIMI...but based on Pb's response it seems that some serious accusations have made. Unfortunately the world will always take the approach that Redisca has....and I think that poster is correct. The view towards Jews is as old as our Torah, and we were warned. I think that trying to "bargain" with or un-brainwash(if that is a real word) people will not help. I have always been taught that I should live up to my best as a Jew first (not to make a chilul hashem) and then be a better person. I would believe that we should rise above these petty arguments...food for thought...everyone bashes another nationality or religion when they fear changes....and it easier to blame other religions and nationalities, people even; for our own inadequacies....

I think that the heart of the problem is the relationship between media and advertising. I realize that may sound a bit odd, so here are the steps to support that conclusion: 1. Media companies (whether they bend to the left or right or (if it's even possible) neither one) make their money through sponsorship and advertising - yes, including NPR. 2. In order to command high ad revenue, the media need to show that they have lots of listeners 3. In order to earn high reader/listener/viewer counts, the media compete with each other to be the most "interesting" 4. This results in personalities like Ann Coulter, Al Franken, Jon Stewart, Chris Matthews, Bill Maher, George Will, Stephen Colbert, Rush Limbaugh, John McLaughlin, Jim Lehrer etc. etc. - all of whom (until Sen. Franken stopped talking and started contributing) make their living by trying to say the most interesting things, be they extremely funny, shocking, insightful or controversial. 5. The key concept in #4 was "extreme". How many times during the election did we hear people bring up the "fact" that Obama is Muslim, or the "completely contradictory fact" that the pastor of his church held controversial views about 9/11? How many times did we watch Stewart/Colbert make fun of McCain's injured shoulders, or watch Olbermann accuse Bush of war crimes and call for his resignation? 6. All the extremism in the media (both sides) is designed to sell advertising - nothing more, nothing less. Unfortunately, as long as media companies get their revenue, they don't care that the words they spew result in people believing Obama is a muslim terrorist, believing Bush is a war criminal or believing that all your neighbors want to steal and molest your children. 7. Even more unfortunate is that America buys it. There is a subsection of the country that listens to right wing media and believes that Obama really does want to destroy his own country. They will do anything to stop him, because they love America. There is a subsection who believe that Bush intentionally blew up the WTC to start a holy war. This is how we end up with people calling Obama "Hitler" - completely irresponsible media combined with a population they have already prepared to believe anything they hear that supports what they want to believe.

you know ,when the hebrews came into the promised land they were told by God that it was their land that he has given to them.they sent out scouts to search the land for its bounty and found that it was overflowing but most of the scouts said that there were other people in this land. God said its your land ,go tell them to leave.well , they didn't want to leave so God said to march around their city once a day for six days and on the seventh day you march around it seven times .On the seventh time you blow the rams horn and shout praises to God and the wall of this city will fall down and you can chase those people off your land.well they did and they left and they told others so the next time they were prepared. At AI they were chased back becaUSE THEY DIDN'T WAIT FOR GOD TO TELL THEM TO GO.I tell you this to say that God has blessed the Jewish nation and because of the Jewish Nation I can also take part in this blessing , being that I am a spiritual Jew.I am of the chosen people but not of the chosen race , I am a christian .pray for the peace of Jerusalem, they that love thee shall prosper.Therefor , if you are Jewish, and you love your people with all your heart as God loves you then you will prosper and all your friends will be jealous of you because you have what they want but they won't go get it they would rather take yours.

It is so funny that some people answering don't realise that you are a jew. I know that you are just being sarky about what mimi said, but a lot of people are not seeing that. This is most foolish of them, in my opinion.

Sorry petal but as you are asking a similarly biased question (ie., with racial overtones) do you not think that maybe people like yourself are a bit to blame. You see my grandmother was of Jewish descent, and so I have always known about some of the things which are attributable to them rightly or wrongly, but am also reasonably schooled in the reverse and it seems to me that no matter who says what racism or unjustified antagonism anywhere should be a no no, we must reach out emotionally and grow up in tolerance and understanding of every one else or we will always come to a point where someone can play the racist card, or denigrate others under the guise of 'plain speaking'. Incidentally one of the reasons I have detached myself from organised religion is because of the divisions and the hatred that seems to stem from them. I hope that you will see this not as a put down but as a possible guide to phrasing questions in a different light in future so as not to put yourself into the racist box yourself. blessings.x.

I wish somebody had told ME we were all rich and controlled the media and the governments of the world . . . I must have been taking a nap when we took over.

Where do I go to sign up to get really rich ?

Obviously nobody told the average Israeli, either. Their
*** average *** take-home pay today is +/- $1400 a month.

Isn't that a compliment? Jews are smart. We do well.
That's why we get into so much trouble all the time. Goyim think we will take over the world so they decide to hurt us.
