To get rid of braces you will have to learn how to use the clone stamp tool. To get rid of dark circles under the eyes use the clone stamp or healing brush tools. There are many ways of making a picture black and white. You can try Desaturate (in one of the menus). Search on the internet for others. To have one spot of colour you need to duplicate the picture in the layers palette. Then turn the copy into black and white and use a layer mask to reveal the parts in the layer below that you want in colour.

To get rid of braces and dark circles under the eyes in adobe photoshop 5.0 , use the spot healing brush tool (band aid). For B&W select enhance and select convert to Black and White.
I don't know about the color and b&w mixed though....

Yes is posible. Look for tutorials that show you how to modificate pictures, I usually retouch mine on Paint Shop Pro, the version 11 have tools to improve your pictures, I highly recommend it.

Use the CLONE STAMP to get rid of braces and dark circles. Also, use the greyscale to change to B&W but the history brush to change stuff back to color.

its very easy n simple...easy to remove red eye spots on ur face etc
