I got a new dog and she bites alot of people. She seems to be okay when my other dog isnt around so we think she needs to be on her own. I cant give her away though. I'm 16 but will be 17 on christmas day. so my sister made the statement well you can move out any time now so i want to take the dog and look for a place now to make her happy. so is it legal to move out at the age of 17 in the state of pennsylvania?

Augh! Where are your parents? Honey you need to stay at home for awhile. Moving out in Pennsylvania which is where I am from Mt. Carmel to be specific, its hard to live by yourself. Even if you have a doggie. The dog will need attention, there is rent and security and food, car insurance, and many other things you have not thought of. Please talk to someone outside if your parents are not around. Like family members or someone please. Its dangerous out there!! Please!

YOu are only young once, enjoy it. Your sister will always be in your life and you will need her one day. Always try to make peace with her. Show her love and kindness and you will get back in return. Life is very hard, why make it harder. God bless you and I hope u have a great new year 08
