I've recently lost 15 pounds in two weeks, though I don't THINK I've changed my eating habits. I also have back pain and a general loss of interest in things. Like, I used to be really into drama and theatre and I was just cast as lead in our play, but I don't even want to read the play and I've become like this in other subjects, too. I'm also really tired and fatigued all the time. AND I've become EXTREMELY paranoid. I feel like everyone's trying to hurt me in some way and that people are constantly watching me and that there are camera's hidden through out my house. So am I depressed or what?

Unfortunately, this sounds like more than depression. Although some of your symptoms do mimic those of depression (e.g., apathy), I strongly suspect there is something more going on here. The rapid weight loss without dieting or food intake change, the back pain, and the marked paranoia are not typical of depression. Your smartest move, seriously, is to see you physician ASAP for a complete workup.

Hang in there,

Hey hun, I believe both method you're gonna need to resist your buddy ultimately. Whether you do it day after today (commonly in these days now) or yet another day....you are gonna need to do it ultimately. So possibly it is first-class to get it over with and simply pass into institution day after today? If your first-class buddy is ignoring you, then possibly she's now not particularly the buddy you concept she was once. But then again, possibly she simply demands a few house? Maybe depart it for an afternoon or 2 then take a look at speakme to her while you are each calm. If you relatively do not wish to visit institution, then simply false that you are in poor health. I used to try this at all times. Or simply say for your mother that you simply relatively do not wanna pass 'purpose you do not wanna have yet another panic assault, obviously she'll will let you keep if she realises that you simply could have a panic assault should you pass.

Yes, you sound very depressed and you are probably very anxious because you are feeling paranoid.

Go to an emergency room and let them know how you're feeling. They'll be able to help you. Maybe they'll want you to spend a little time in the hospital so you can get some help for your depression. Take care. The sun will shine again.

Sounds like depression to me. As someone who has has experience and received help for my depression. It takes one, to know one. Yes, you are. Please, get some help there is help out there for you. Talk, to your Doctor, have him recommend someone in Behavior Health. You may need to be on an antidepressant.

Also, very important 'Exercise.

In the meantime, how is your diet. Hopefully, you are eating healthy and drinking lots of water. How are you sleeping that is another sign of depression. Everyone need to get at the very least 7 hours of sleep every night. Do eat a healthy Breakfast, every day. Oatmeal, is a good choice.

It's more like paranoia than depression. Maybe if you're on your period it happens.
