Does anyone know if 2006 has been declared a vintage year for port?

2006 ports are too young to determine if they're good. I'm surprised any winery is selling them now.

They just did 2005, and it was not. 2006 probably won't be, although I hear there's hope for 2007, which would probably be it for the decade (they don't like doing more then 3 or 4 a decade).
I won't buy any - won't get good before I die, probably!! I quit buying after the 2000, well, I got one bottle of 2003....
mostly 1994, 1997 and 1991....
