If part of a hypothesis is wrong then the whole thing turns out wrong.
In Algebra a + or - sign can make the whole equation wrong, but that is only for scientific work.
Faith corrects these glaring errors.
Religion is not about science but the soul.
Where the soul is concerned then Prophets or God tell us what is correct. We must follow the teachings of Jesus, Joseph Smith , Mohammad or suffer the consequences. The consequences are found written from revealed sources in the Book of Mormon, Bible, Koren.

In such a situation, my duty would be to bring the information out and make it known to the public. As a Christian, and as a human being, that would be the right thing to do. Nothing is ever gained from hiding knowledge from people. The information could be presented, and from there, people could arrive at their own conclusions.

Since this is ONLY about the claims of christianity, I think there is nothing false in what God does. If there is really evidence, initally, i will definitely be disappointed, be lost. After all the disappointment, I will reveal the evidence, because it MUST subject to determine whether it is humans' actions, or God's action. For i know that God has done good, and it is us, including us christians, may misjudge or mis-interpret the so-called "conclusive" evidence in our minds. Hence, i feel that what i thought of or knew of may not be true at all. Therefore, it should be brought open, to study it, to determine the validity. Since the bible is God's word, test the evidence with it, and the sword will bring it down. ;) God bless!!

I would publish the evidence, What good is it to hide the truth? Religion is based on the myths of paganism and pieces of writing that were written by many people, it was not authored by a god. that is a myth, too bad so many people think that there is some authority and book to go by.

oh yeah, you're a Christian. NOT
okay, if i uncovered evidence that proved 100% no lie completely verified evidence, i wouldn't hide it.
but there's plenty of forged stuff. For example, plenty of Christ-myth sites drum up "adonis on the cross" but it was a forgery.

You see, the sad part of this question is is that this has already happened. Who knows how much evidence that could've disproven the existence of God and such has been destroyed thanks to christians?

Surely you already realize that early christianity was about political changes to catholicism, hiding that part that did not fit into politics. You are testing them. Good for you.

"Evidence of nonexistence" Please prove to me that purple polka dot dancing elephant do not exist. The best you can do is demonstrate that YOU have no evidence that they do. You can add that YOU believe that they are unlikely because they are inconsistent with known elephants. Your lack of evidence and you opinion would still need to have change added to them buy a soda from the machine.

My faith tells me that God can handle the truth, therefore no such evidence would be unearthed.
I would tell the truth, the results are up to God.
Now, you clearly do not believe in Christ, so why did you start your question, "If we Christians", instead of "If you Christians", you previous questions clearly identify you as a non-believer.
