Officially no, they are not in Europe or USA now. I saw them on www.ebay.com

Sadly they are not except for in Japan. If you would want to purchase one now but aren't willing on traveling to Japan anytime soon, then eBay is the place to go. The only problem is, is that since they are so limited and only available in Japan, they go for about $60.00-$70.00 along with an extra $10.00-$20.00 for shipping.
The controller comes in White and Black.
