your going to go for court, and your case will settle in about a year.
First, they estimate the physical damages to the car, and personal properties.

Second, they calculate in lost wages, pain and suffering, etc, etc.

Third: after the victims heal from the accident, you get "medical bills" which is where the money comes in. I was involved in the accidnet,, they guy watned 75,000 in medical bills for a frekin' sidesweep at 25MPH! DONT settle for the first price they give you. Work them down to about a 1/3rd of the price they ask, becuase trust me, they WILL try to get the most out of you they can.

then after that, you should go get yourself insurance so that next time you get into an accident, its their problem

On the civil side, you will be given one opportunity to reimburse the insurance company for ALL expenses involved with this loss, which, most likely, will be in the multiple thousands of dollars. On the criminal side, you will be facing stiff fines and most likely will lose your license.
Looking back, I bet you wish you had spent the money on insurance....

Well, you're going to have to pay for the damage to your car, both the other cars, and any injuries (medical expenses, lost wages, pain & suffering) for anyone in those cars.

If you don't have the cash, expect to get your wages garnished until about forever, or you pay them off, whichever comes first.

It will go to court. However, depending in what state you live there are organizations that protect drives who have no insurance coverage while being involved in an accident. Do some research on line. Good luck!
